Beaver Machine, Inc. is dedicated to providing superior equipment sales and service to farmers and equipment owners in Northeast Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and beyond.
We focus on client satisfaction
first. We understand that our clients have several dealerships with which they may choose to do business. Our goal is to provide the client with a valuable service by satisfying them with a quality product and top-notch service.
We at Beaver
Machine, Inc. also believe it is imperative to have a dedicated and experienced core of co-workers. We strive to provide job satisfaction and happiness through training, fair compensation, excellent benefits and a family first approach to maintain low
turnover.
We create a work environment that is family-like, enjoyable and profitable for all invested in our company.
As a service technician at our company you will help return the farmer to the field to plant, care for, and harvest crops that become the world's food supply by using your creative problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair equipment issues. Your role is integral in keeping the world fueled, fed and healthy. You may work on tractors, implements, combines, hay and forage equipment, skid steers, etc. in our shop or in the field. You would be valued as a part of our family, not just our business.
The technician job duties include, but are not limited to:
-valid driver's license.
-representing yourself and Beaver Machine, Inc. respectfully as you assist our clients and coworkers.
-exhibiting good communication skills with coworkers and clients.
-removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling and replacing major assemblies, components, parts and/or systems of equipment.
-working on power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, brake, steering and hydraulics.
-using various hand, air and specialty tools to perform the above tasks.
-working in our shop or in the field on call in one of our service vans at clients' residences or places of business.
Education:
Certification or a diesel technician degree is ideal. We do, however, understand that many forms of education, like working on machines at a farm, aren't accompanied by a piece of paper. Contact us with a resume for more information.
